Autumn is just around the corner, which means that it’s time to start thinking about heartier foods and the rich wines that pair with them.

Tonight, kick off the season with Keith Wallace, founder of the Wine School and accomplished former executive chef, who will take you through a menu of delicious, inventive cool-weather dishes that he will prepare specially for you. Brian Freedman, Keith’s colleague and director of wine education, will discuss pairings and pour a number of fabulous, palate-coating wines to accompany Keith's food.
