The Intermediate Grade

The Advanced Grade
The advanced consists of four semesters, and includes four of the following sections:
- The Geology of Terroir
- Terroir in Practice
- Italian Winemaking
- The Wine Regions of France
- Independent Study Program
When all three grades are successfully attained, the student is awarded the American Wine Foundation's Diploma Oenotopae.
