Our goal at the Wine School is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on our websites.

Participants in our classes and certificate programs must be over 21 years of age. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.
The Wine School accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, and Discover.
Premium ticket holders can reschedule classes as late as 4 hours in advance of class start time. Discount tickets are not eligible for rescheduling.
Occasionally, classes are cancelled or postponed by the School due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff. When this occurs, the Wine School will issue a gift certificate via email to attend another class. If a class is cancelled, we will contact you 24 hours before the scheduled event.
Course fees are refundable only as follows: Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to course commencement will suffer a charge of 15% of the total course fee; cancellations made less than 45 days but more than 30 days before course commencement will suffer a charge of 50% of the course fee. If less than 30 days notice is given, no refunds will be made in respect of cancellations, but 50% of fees paid may be carried forward and used for another course.
Individual classes are not refundable nor transferable under any circumstance.
Purchases of a seat in a travel & tour program are final. The school, at its discretion, may refund half the purchase price.
Because we value the intimate settings of our wine classes, we do not permit large parties. For larger groups, we strongly recommend hiring the school to run a private wine class for you. Any group larger than 5 that insists on sitting together agree to purchase all 22 seats in the class.
