Missed class but think I can reschedule? Help!

I missed my Sommelier Secrets class scheduled for June 12th, however I bought the premium ticket upgrade along with my ticket purchase (I purchased two tickets and two upgrades) in case something like this would happen. I am so busy and completely forgot all about it! So upsetting! Since I bought the ticket upgrade, can I just apply the credit of both tickets towards another upcoming class? What do I do?

Hi Marlo,

I'm so sorry that you missed the June 12 class. We can definitely commiserate with you. It was a busy time of the year!

The premium ticket option allows a ticketholder to reschedule if they can't make the class for any reason. We do ask for at least 10 minutes notice in advance of the class. This allows the instructor to adequately prepare for the class.

I did a quick search, and did not have any luck finding an email from that day. Can you send me anything that might be in your records?

I'm not sure if my other response went through... so I figured I would send this again. I'd be happy to forward you the email confirmation and tickets purchased on May 8th, but I'm not sure what email address to send it to? I tried philip@wineschool.us but it didn't go through.

Sorry I misunderstood. I thought you meant I am supposed to give notice 10 minutes before my rescheduled class.

No, I was not able to notify anyone that I wasn't going to be able to make the class 10 minutes before the class began. There is no contact number on this website to call.

Can I still use the premium tickets towards a future class?

I am sorry for any confusion. We try to include the steps as many times as possible: during checkout, in our FAQs, and through the Customer Support Forum.

The best way to reschedule is to use the Reschedule Request form on our website. This can be sent up to 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.

You can also send someone in your place if you're unable to attend a class.
