These beers are old school! Gaining popularity in North American brewing today is the ancient technique of wild fermentations. Come and explore the cutting edge of brewing, and learn about the classic beer styles these new brews are based upon.
Tonight we will taste Lambics, Flemish Sours and the beers of the upstart American brewers known collectively as “The Brett Pack” (called that due to their adventurous devotion to the yeast Brettanomyces)
