Imagine two of the city's top wine ( & beer!) professionals competing to create the perfect food & wine (or beer!) pairing... and all for you! We pit one of Philadelphia's top sommeliers (and brewmasters!) against one of our top wine educators. Those attending try each of the food & wine (beer?) pairings, and get to choose the winner.

This evening, The Wine School's Keith Wallace will be smacking down against  Dean Browne, the pastor of fermentation at the Philadelphia Brewing Company!
