The Food Network asked The Wine School to run their Wine Tasting Theatre when they came to Philadelphia in the first weekend of November 2004. We weren't going to say no...The weekend went incredibly well, with the help of our crack wine team and our guest speakers.
Celebrity sommelier Andrea Immer taught two classes during the weekend, telling the standing-room only crowd you are lucky to have the Wine School of Philadelphia
Joey Altman is the host of a food magazine television show in California. His food & wine pairing classes were a big hit.
Melissa Monosoff, the somellier at the Four Seasons gave a stellar lecture on Cabernet Sauvignon on Saturday afternoon. Smart and funny, we look forward to hearing her teach again!
Our buddy Eric Miller of Chaddsford Winery gave a wonderful talk on Saturday. To top it off, he called our own Dr. Lynn Hoffman the most influential wine professional in Philadelphia
