Creme de cassis, mocha, and sandalwood flavors are beautiful and temper the aggressiveness of this wine a bit. A finish of cigarettes, garrigue, and grilled meats turn this back towards rough and ready masculinity. Mourvedre, blended with Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah.
