Better yet, you get $300 to spend at the Wine School the minute you join the club. Your only obligation is to enjoy cost free wine classes and events for a full year.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who is attending or planning on attending a wine course at the Wine School of Philadelphia is eligible.
What is the Cru Club?
The Cru Club is the exclusive wine tasting club created and run by Keith Wallace, the founder of the Wine School of Philadelphia.
What do I get for Nothing?
You get a vast array of wine classes, trips, and programs. Take a look at the list on the right for a small taste of what's in store for you.
How do I join?
Download the application form and follow the instructions. You will be required to pay $25 a month for membership. However, every dollar you put into the Cru Club is given back to you in the form of a gift certificate. A gift certificate that is given to you the very moment you register!

Once someone attends our wine courses, they quickly realize we offer something that is above and beyond any other wine class they have ever experienced. That person remains our student for years to come.

What Can I Use My $300 On?
You can register for an academic wine course, such as the Wine Foundation or the Global Intermediate Program. In fact, you could register for any wine tasting class we offer!

- Vacation with the Wine School
Enjoy a 7 day vacation with the senior staff at the Wine School of Philadelphia in the vineyards of either America or Europe. - Previous trips have been to Bordeaux, Priorat, Willamette Valley, and Provence!
- The Ultimate Wine Event
Every so often, the Cru is invited to a once-in-a-lifetime event. - Previous events have included a vertical tasting of Palm d'Or Champagne with the winemaker, an intimate tasting with Louis Fabrice-Latour, and a Sommelier Smackdown with Gary Vaynerchuk.
- Cru Wine Dinners. A few times a year, the Cru takes over one of the top restaurants in the city for a food and wine extravaganza.
- We have ruined many of the best restaurants in Philly, including Bibou, Cochon, Marigold Kitchen and Pumpkin.
- Special Cru Classes. Six special classes are offered to the Cru every year. Each is designed exclusively for the high-level of knowledge of our Cru members.
- Classes have included Vertical Vintage,Wine Trials, Premium Champagne, Dessert Wines, Bordeaux, and many more great classes.
- The Cru Family Picnic. Every Summer, the Cru gets together for a family-style picnic at a local winery. Bring your friends, family, kids, and dogs!
