The East Coast of the United States is rapidly becoming a source of fine wines.
At the School, we demand that all our classes are stocked with high-quality wines. It’s our habit to open bottles that are higher in quality than most people will find on their own. We aren’t fan boys or people who follow trends. That’s just not our way. We only teach things we love. As of 2014, that includes wines from the East Coast. We have seen a surge of fine winemaking on the East Coast, and felt it was time for our students to learn (and taste) these wines.
This class is suitable for both the newcomer to the school AND working sommeliers. Taste and learn about the most important vineyards and winemakers working in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Virginia.
