Our Brewer Series offers a rare chance to spend a few hours with the world's greatest brewers in an intimate setting.

Our most popular class, Beer 101 has been featured on the CBS News show “What's Brewing".  This is a great class for beer enthusiasts and budding home brewers alike.

Taste through the famous and not so famous beer styles of Belgium such as Strong Golden Ales, Wild Fermented Lambics, brews by Trappist Monks and more.

The beers of Belguim are some of the most diverse and popular in the world. This class will feature styles ranging from pale lager to lambics to Flemish red, this is an essential class for any beer lover.

For all you home brewers out there, this class will include a primer on how to brew beer like a Belgian monk.  Our resident brewmaster (on loan from Philadelphia Brewing Company) Dean Browne will be the instructor for this dynamic class.

From the classic styles to wild fermented Berliner Weiss, this class will guide you through the tastes and history of the most influential brewing culture of the modern age.

Can great wine countries also make great beer? Of course they can. Spain, France, and Italy are not only producing great beers, but also have magnificently tangled brewing histories.

Italian monks created one of the greatest Belgian beers, which is still being produced hundreds of years later. The best Spanish beers have their roots deep in the French beer region of Alsace. And, well, that region was one of the best German beer regions not too long ago... 

Don't worry, we will sort it out in class. We will be tasting some of the classics, but also the modern European microbrews that are taking the beer world by surprise. 

Japan is quickly becoming one of the top beer producing nations in the world. While well known for their dry and highly carbonated lagers, it's the Japanese micro brews that are the most fascinating. 

In this food and beer pairing class, we will be pairing the best beers of Japan with fresh Sushi and other Japanese delicacies. Its going to be an adventure for all the senses.

This class is part of the Corked & Forked series of classes. Developed by Keith Wallace, the author of the new "Corked & Forked" series of books, to be published by Perseus in the Fall of 2011.  

Canada is now one of the top five beer producers in the world, and we are not talking about Molson or Moosehead. 

The craft brew scene up north is young, but they have already mastered  the brewing styles of every great beer region from here to Belgium. They are taking on the world as only Canadians can: in a exceedingly friendly and quiet way. 

Will the Canadians take over the beer world? The quality of their brews are incredibly high, and offer a unique bridge between the high-octane flavors of American craft brews and the exquisite classical styles of Europe.
