In this class, we offer a gustatory map of the major wine regions, from Apulia, to Chianti, to the Piedmont. Whenever we're asked about our favorite wine regions in the world today, Spain comes up more than almost anyplace else. From famous regions like Rioja to less-familiar ones like Priorat and Rias Baixas, Spanish wines are among the best around.

In tonight's class, we will explore wine regions across the entire country, and taste wines made from grape varieties both familiar and obscure.
